CBD Oil and Me
CBD Oil and Me is a match made in heaven.
CBD Oil can do no wrong with me or my TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) as it has only improved my quality of life, not to say it sucked to begin with and didn’t suck to this day. I like to vape my CBD with an O.PenVape.
Research needs to happen when it comes to CBD Oil and brain injury beyond it’s effects of preventing seizures as it the benefits go far beyond that. Things like:
- Weight management
- Weight loss
- Cognitive enhancement
Need I say more as there are many more benefits that I have found, things like pain management for example. In Colorado pre 2014 when Cannabis was still illegal here I was always having pain of one type or another, my back after sleeping, my knew from my forced stride, headaches in general, my wrists from what I thought were Carpel Tunnel or so I thought. Boom, 2014 and legal Cannabis in Colorado dawned and my pains went away, 100%.
I checked with Craig Hospital in 2014 about Cannabis use and Brain Injury and was sent documents saying there was no medicinal value to a Cannabis based therapy.
So much of going to the experts that gave me my life back the first time and had no interest in hearing about how cannabis gave me that life back to an extent, a second time and beg to differ.
I am 54 years old and look forward to my yearly physical which was 2 months ago and got great reviews. I answered yes when he asked me if I used Marijuana. He asked how, I said I inhaled it. He said good and asked if I used edibles or concentrates. This time I said no. He said good and went on with his quality of life questioning, Cannabis case #1463 closed.
He witnessed my weight loss four times a year from 2014 to now. To date, I have lost and kept off 47 pounds since Cannabis became the new norm in Colorado in 2014.
I cannot see why other states prohibit people with a TBI from being the best they could be. We always end up on a note where I feel real good about my quality of life.
Finally I get to experience life is unaltered real-time that is manageable. Then there is the deep thought and pain management bonuses!
The list of benefits go on and on…
Research on CBD and brain injury needs to happen!
